Online AGM

As you will be aware January is traditionally the month we hold our AGM. Unfortunately however, with the current public health guidelines in place, it is not possible to hold our AGM in the regular manner. The government published a Credit Union Bill earlier this year which will allows credit unions to host virtual AGMs and to provide for different forms of voting in the absence of a physical meeting. The Bill also permits the delay of hosting AGM’s related to the financial year-end September 2020 until the end of April 2021.

As a result of this our online AGM will be held on Tuesday 27^th April. All members must register their attendance beforehand however all information regarding this will be available in the AGM booklet which will be posted out to all members in mid April.
